Book a Power Hour ($300, 60 minutes). We talk through what you’re building, look at examples, and figure out the right tier together. If you end up booking a tier above $750, the Power Hour fee credits toward your project.
Yes. If scope grows during discovery, we’ll talk before any work changes hands. You pay only the difference between tiers, and the timeline adjusts accordingly.
You do. The files, the code, the hosting account, the domain — all yours. No ongoing license, no platform lock-in, no monthly “website builder” fee. You can hand the site to any developer for future work.
I can set up hosting for you on a standard cPanel provider (IONOS, SiteGround, etc.) at cost. Or you can supply your own hosting and I’ll deploy to it. For WordPress builds, hosting needs to support PHP 8 + MySQL.
Half down at booking, half on delivery. Down payment locks in your spot in the calendar. The balance is invoiced when the site is ready for final review — you pay before files transfer and the site goes live.
You have three options: self-edit (WordPress comes set up for this), book me for ad-hoc edits ($75/hour, minimum 30 min), or hire a small monthly retainer (starting at $200/month for 2 hours). No retainer is required.
The standard split (half down, half on delivery) IS the payment plan. For Multi-Site Brand ($15K+), we work out a milestone-based schedule before booking.
